Empowering the New Quality Development of Teacher Education with Evidence-Based Evidence: Interpretation of Connotation, Value Implications and Practical Approaches

Abstract: The core objective of new quality education is to cultivate compound talents with autonomous learning ability and innovative pioneering spirit. As a key role in educational innovation and the cultivation of new quality talents, teachers should take the lead in educational reform, promoting the development of new quality productivity and the construction of an educational power. The development of evidence-based teacher education, characterized by continuous ability advancement and future social demand orientation, is building new practices based on empirical evidence, literature evidence, and practical evidence to adapt to the new requirements of economic and social development in the new era and cultivate a high-quality teacher team with innovative spirit and practical ability. At the critical stage of the in-depth advancement of new quality education, systematically explaining the value implications of evidence-based empowerment in the ecological reconstruction of teacher education and exploring the practical approaches to promote its new quality development will help ensure that educational output can closely align with and drive the continuous progress of new quality productivity.
