Abstract: From October 1934 to October 1936, the First, Second, and Fourth Fronts and the Twenty-fifth Red Army carried out a great the Long Mar under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, spanning more than ten ethnic minority- populated areas or mixed settlements in Miao, Yao, Zhuang, Dong, Tujia, Shui, Buyi, Naxi, Yi, Tibet, Bai, Qiang, and Hui people. Passing through the above-mentioned areas, the heroic Red Army under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, strictly implemented the party's ethnic policy, advocated equality among all nationalities, opposed national oppression, and respected the religious beliefs and customs of ethnic minorities, won the support of all ethnic groups in the regions passed, and left behind many good stories of unity, friendship, and mutual assistance between the Red Army and all ethnic minorities, thus laying a solid foundation for building a broad national united front, resisting foreign aggression, and striving for national independence and liberation.
