Abstract: Since the new century, the network communication with the Internet as the media has become a new mode of communication, and opened up a new way for the development of “marginalized” ethnic minority literature in Yunnan with its interactive, open, efficient, multimedia and other characteristics. The online dissemination of ethnic minority literature in Yunnan, however, highlights its advantages, there are also low barriers to dissemination and poor quality of works like difficulties in operating communication platforms and poor experience. Due to problems such as limited dissemination scope and unsatisfactory dissemination effects, the implementation of communication strategies such as emphasizing the cultivation of disseminators, innovating literary dissemination models, and improving audience acceptance ability from the perspectives of disseminators, media, and audience will promote the development of online literature in Yunnan.
