Investigation of Current Situation of Teacher Training at Schools with School Soccor Characteristics—— A Case Study of Pilot County (District) with Characteristic School Soccor in Yunnan

Abstract: The participation of soccer teachers and coaches serving in schools with school soccer characteristics in five pilot counties (districts) in Yunnan Province is investigated by using literature, questionnaires, mathematical statistics, and other research methods. The study revealed that, (1) the overall teacher team is young, but a team of key teachers, young key teachers, young teachers and new teachers has been formed; (2) the participation rate of teachers and coaches has reached 100% with effectiveness, but the evaluation of the training system is not satisfactory; (3) the optimized method has been found by deepening the “platform + base training mode, promoting “level + modular” training content, optimizing “fixed + part-time + mobile” job configuration, and improving “training + promotion” system.
