Study of Metal-catalyzed Bicyclization of Constructing Five/Six-membered Pyrrole Skeletons

Abstract

Abstract: Pyrroles can be used as analgesics, anti-inflammatory drugs, EP1 receptor antagonists, etc. At the same time, the skeleton is also widely present in natural products such as Isamoltane, Obatoclax and Tolmetin, and it is one of the most valuable heterocycles. The metal-catalyzed bicyclization reaction has been widely reported in the construction of five-membered and six-membered pyrrole. How to make full use of the advantages of the existing literature and avoid the repetition of shortcomings will provide a reference for the research on the new method of pyrrole synthesis.
