Discourse on Construction of “Bachelor-Master-Doctor”Law Teaching Model in Seminar-style

Abstract: Based on the seminar-style teaching model, aiming to train law students' impromptu eloquence, to enhance resilience capacity, and to cultivate ‘technology-based' legal thinking, the seminar-style law teaching model in the way of consecutive Bachelor-Master-Doctor education will become the new choice to reform China's law teaching. It is not only the inherent requirements of reform for law teaching in China but also the practical needs of the growth and success for law students. Referencing to the overseas successful practice of seminar-style teaching model, it can help to establish the local seminar-style law teaching model in the way of consecutive Bachelor-Master-Doctor education in China. If the guiding ideology, basic premise and implementation steps of the model are all enforced, the consecutive ‘Bachelor-Master-Doctor' teaching model will finally become perfect after three stages of exploring, establishing and testing.
