On the Implementation Path of the “Four Returns” in Undergraduate Education in Colleges and Universities in Yunnan

Abstract: The current development of undergraduate education is still in a state of expansion, and there are many contradictions between the development model and the needs for high-quality talent training. In June 2018, the Ministry of Education proposed the concept of “four returns” for undergraduate education, which aims to provide a new path for the development of undergraduate education in colleges and universities. As a university in Yunnan, where the mode of undergraduate education development is relatively backward, it is all the more necessary to practice the idea of the “Four Returns” and continuously promote the reform and innovation of undergraduate education in colleges and universities.
