The Realistic Predicament and Strategy of The Development of Yunnan Volunteer Service Organization in the New Era —— Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Kunming

Abstract: Meeting people's good needs has become a new point of struggle in the new era .Volunteer service as an important carrier to meet people's good life needs, is related to people's happiness. Based on the questionnaire survey and group discussion of volunteer service organizations and volunteers in kunming, it is found that the practical difficulties in the development of volunteer service organizations in yunnan are as follows:(1) the target dimensions: volunteer service organizations lack of correct positioning of voluntary service, voluntary service blurred nature; (2) structural dimensions: volunteer service organizations encounter a crisis of legality, highlighting the lack of standardization of voluntary services and the lagging of institutionalized construction; (3) participants' dimensions: the professional level of volunteers needs to be enhanced, and the incentive guarantee and training mechanism needs to be improved. (4) technical dimension: dual defect of technology platform and human capital; (5) dimensions of external environment: the multiple constraints of political legal environment, economic environment and social culture. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward: to clarify the target and value orientation of volunteer service organization; Construct the legality mechanism of voluntary service organizations; Explore the incentive mode of volunteer service and build a team of professional and socialized volunteers; Promote volunteer service organization technology upgrading and human capital, set up a unified, standard, convenient, efficient, open the national volunteer service network platform, enhance the level of voluntary organizations staff professional and service quality; We will optimize the internal and external environment of voluntary service organizations and tap into the social network of volunteer service organizations.
