Abstract: The manuscript of economics and philosophy in 1844 is Marx's first attempt to systematically construct his own theory and the birthplace of his ecological ethics. With the dialectical relationship between man and nature as the core, Marx creatively constructed a new ethical relationship between them, explored the causes of alienated labor and ecological crisis, and clearly pointed out that the realization of communism is the key to the return of human nature and the resurrection of nature. The manuscript of economics and philosophy in 1844 contains rich ecological wisdom and profound ethical concern, which is of great theoretical and practical value to solve the global ecological crisis and promote the current construction of ecological civilization.
