Abstract: As an important part of the country's rural social governance, the “market community” constructed by border fairs has become an important force influencing and influencing rural society. Lancang Street Fair, as a border market, exerts its bearing and transmitting effect on the border rural culture, which profoundly influences and changes the cultural structure and form of the surrounding border villages. At the same time, the fair has constructed a brand-new rural governance ecology, which is gradually absorbed by the national governance system and has become an important part of the national governance system. The governance of border villages needs to adapt to the practical needs of the cultural changes of border villages and realize the modernization process of the social governance system and governance capacity of the state in border villages through the continuous transformation of state governance technology and governance mode.
