The Solutions to the Dilemma in the Management of “Outgoing” Transport Enterprises' Expatriates under the Strategy of Powerful Transportation

Abstract: The strategy of powerful transportation delivered at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it has accelerated the pace of “going out” for Chinese transportation companies,the expatriates have increased,but the problems in human resource management of expatriates are becoming more and more complex and difficult,how to solve the dilemma of expatriate personnel has become a difficult problem for multinational enterprises. By taking company C as an example, this paper analyzes its problems and reasons in the management of expatriate labor relations, and then puts forward relevant suggestions from the aspects of personnel selection, career planning, return mechanism, salary, performance and training.
