A Study on Constructing a Reading Crisis Intervention System for University Libraries in the Context of “Internet +”

Abstract: “Internet +” is a national development strategy of China and a general trend to use Internet and Internet of Things to update and reform university libraries. With “Internet +” being the platform,the current research on constructing a reading crisis intervention system is carried out to help improve the ability of handling reading crisis for university libraries. Meanwhile, strategies of organization-building, assessment, intervention, precaution and feedback of the system are discussed respectively.
