Abstract: As for the practice of Innovative Entrepreneurship Education in regional universities, there remain some problems, such as incomplete establishment, less prominent effect an so on. A long-term effective mechanism is the top concern for regional universities to ensure the implementation of Innovative Entrepreneurship Education. It can be constructed in several aspects, namely operating mechanism, security mechanism, incentive mechanism and rescue mechanism.
