Reflection and Path-Seeking of Teaching Reform in Application-Oriented Colleges

Abstract: College teaching plays a crucial part in effectively cultivating college talents, thus reforming college teaching becomes the main way of developing education of application-oriented colleges and gives impetus to their system transformation. Compared with pluralism of reasonable teaching evaluation, normalization of teaching's core status, socialization of teaching research and integration of innovation, business-undertaking and application, college teaching is confronted with troubles such as homogenization, misplaced situation, delaying reaction to “demand” or even disconnection. Therefore, only by upgrading teaching concepts, promoting the development of industry and teaching, improving the system of encouragement and evaluation, reforming teaching mode and enhancing the building of teaching system, can colleges teaching reform precede smoothly and effectively
