Abstract: The identification of socialist ideology is a dynamic process of agreement, acceptance and realization of value targets and a significant contemporary theme that we are facing today. Enhancing socialist ideology depends on a wide range of complicated social factors. Among the most fundamental ones are the power to explain issues of the times, the influence of socialist system, the accordance between socialist ideology and related subjects’ demand of interest, the performance of governing party and its members, the efficiency of expanding socialist ideology. Enhancing socialist ideology is of great realistic significance for the reason that it is the underlying demand of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the urgent requirement to maintain the safety of national ideology, as well as a momentous step to promote the soft power of national culture.
