Investigation of College Students’ Unexpected Employment in Institutes of Physical Education

Abstract: College students of physical education always preset a situation and outcome of employment and expect that the outcome of the employment should agree with their expectation when they are hunting for a position. However, the reality does not always agree with the expectation due to the influence of many factors and the unexpected employment is inevitable. The unexpected employment is not only the passive reality of employment for college students but also the reality that cannot meet the students’ will. The study of the unexpected employment to understand its causes and analyze the existing factors will realize the optimization of the training efficiency and promote the unity of the social demand and individual value.
