Abstract: The definitions of fuzzy subsemirings and fuzzy ideals are given on the basis of the definitions and properties of fuzzy rings,which leads to the definition of fuzzy prime ideals in semirings and their relevant properties are discussed to enrich the fuzzy sets theory.
