Abstract: In the context of the two major strategies of the country to promote the construction of a healthy China and ecological civilization, the inner connection and laws between the Wa people's ecological outlook and recreation tourism are explored from the perspective of social development changes and diversified human needs. The Wa people's ecological outlook has a natural symbiotic relationship with the development of recreation tourism. The Wa people's ecological outlook provides spiritual nutrients and fertile soil for the development of recreation ecological tourism, and the development of ecological recreation tourism has a leading and guiding function for the healthy inheritance and development of the Wa people's ecological outlook, and their symbiotic interaction reflects the value and function of keeping pace with the times and synergistic development. Optimizing the symbiotic environment, sounding the mechanism of synergistic development of symbiotic units, playing the active role of ecological recreation tourism, smoothly interacting information between symbiotic units, refining the connotation of Wa people's ecological outlook, opening up unique ecological recreation tourism resorts, strengthening the value thread of Wa ecological outlook and improving the taste of ecological recreation tourism are the path choices for the synergistic development of Wa people's ecological outlook and ecological recreation tourism.
