摘要/Abstract

摘要： 从农村“三变”改革的属性和前后参与要素的经济功能对比分析入手,从马克思主义政治经济学角度对农村“三变”改革核心要素进行了分析,在此基础上探讨了农村“三变”改革的增值机理.研究认为:(1)农村“三变”改革存在三个方面的增值效应:资产增值、股金增值、股东所创造财富增值.(2)植入社会再生产环节是农村“三变”改革增值机理发生作用的前提.(3)通过对农村“三变”改革的实证分析,可以看出,农村“三变”改革可以激发经济活力、提高经济效率、产生增值收益.

Abstract: With the attribute analysis of The“Resources Turning into Stock Right,Capital Turning into Share Capital,Residents Turning into Shareholders” reform in China's Rural and the analysis of the economic functions of the elements, the core elements of The reform are analyzed from the perspective of Marxist political economy. The value-added mechanism are analyzed.The research holds that:(1) There are three aspects of value-added effects in the reform: asset value-added, share capital value-added, and shareholder value-added. (2) The implantation of social reproduction is the prerequisite for the value-added mechanism of the reform to take effect. (3) Through the empirical analysis of the reform in rural areas, we can know that the reform can stimulate economic vitality, improve economic efficiency and generate multiplication benefits.
