摘要/Abstract

摘要： 思政课是高校对大学生进行思想政治教育的主阵地和主渠道。加强思政课建设、深化思政课教学改革,必须发挥好思政课教师的教学主导作用和学生学习的主体作用。要从提高思想政治站位、教师个人素质和能力、创造良好的工作条件、提供坚强的保障等方面更好地发挥思政课教师在思政课教学改革中的关键作用。

关键词: 教师, 思政课, 教学改革, 关键作用

Abstract: The ideological and political course is the main front and channel for colleges and universities to carry out ideological and political education for college students. To strengthen the construction of ideological and political courses and deepen the reform of ideological and political courses, we must give full play to the leading role of teachers in the ideological and political courses and the main role of students in learning. It is necessary to give full play to the key role of ideological and political teachers in the reform of ideological and political education in terms of improving ideological and political positions, improving teachers’ personal qualities and abilities, creating good working conditions, and providing strong guarantees.
