摘要/Abstract

摘要： 交换生项目对于高校吸收国外先进办学理念,培养更多国际化人才具有重要意义,因此,其实践教学管理已成为高校教学管理工作中的重要组成部分。然而,在具体的实施过程中,存在诸如交换生选拔条件、制度不够完善等问题,因此,以红河学院工学院为个案,首先深入剖析实践教学管理中存在的问题,然后提出了相应的管理策略,最后通过2个实例论证了英语作为交换生选择首要条件的重要性,以期促进高校开展跨境交换生实践教学管理更加合理、有序的实施。

Abstract: Exchange student project is of great significance for absorbing foreign advanced philosophy of schooling and training more international talents. Hence the management of practical training of this project has become an important part of university teaching management. However, in the specific implementation process, there are still problems, for example, the exchange students' selection conditions and rules are not perfect and so on. Taking the Engineer College of Honghe University as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the practical training management and puts forward the corresponding management strategies. Finally, it illustrates the importance of English as the primary criteria for exchange students through two examples given, aiming to carry out the practical training management of exchange students in universities more reasonably and orderly.
