摘要: 云南省新建本科院校已完成师范教育向教师教育的初步转型工作,同时也存在教师教育质量不高、教师教育学科边缘化等问题。当前,教师教育面临以提高质量为目标指向的深度转型。把提高质量作为教师教育发展的价值追求和主旋律、建立完善教师教育学院和教师教育研究机构、依托省内教师教育联盟推进教师教育课程改革、凝练打造教师教育人才培养特色、重视教育教师专业教师发展以及强化教师教育专业学生应用能力培养,是推动云南省新建本科院校教师教育转型发展的有效对策。

Abstract: Newly-built university’s teacher education has finished elementary transformation in Yunnan province. But these are some problems, such as poor quality on teacher education, and Teacher education discipline’s marginalization. At present, we should speed up deep teacher education transformation that is focus on improving quality. Thus we must take some effective measure, that is to make improving the quality of teacher education as the pursuit, to build an independent institution of Teacher Education and teacher education research institutes, to rely on Yunnan teacher education alliances to develop teacher education curriculum, to build teacher education characteristics, to attach to important on teachers' professional development and to strength students’ specialized ability.
