摘要: 创作于 20 世纪 90 年代时代语境中的《红土地》是云南民族题材版画精神内涵探索的代表作。作品延续云南民族地域题材传统,在绝版木刻技法中强化绘画性,借鉴现实主义对劳动者的崇高化表达,塑造出具有纪念碑般的农民、耕牛与土地共生意象。作品以红、黄、黑、白四色构建视觉象征体系,结合粗粝刀法与饱满构图,融合滇东红土地自然属性、少数民族农耕场景与精神信仰,突破地域题材符号化局限,实现自然景观向民族精神家园的文化转译。作品通过去民族标签化的塑造与共性文化意象表达,构建起中华民族共同体意识,为当代民族题材美术创作在衔接专业技艺与艺术创新、地域特色与国家认同方面,提供了具有实践价值与时代意义的借鉴范式。

Abstract: The, a reduced-block woodblock print, created in the 1990s against the background of China’s social and cultural transformation and the “period of confusion” in the development of Yunnan printmaking, is a representative work exploring the spiritual connotations in Yunnan ethnic-themed printmaking. Inheriting the tradition of Yunnan’s regional and ethnic themes, the work enhances its painterly quality via reduced-block woodblock techniques. Drawing on realism’s idealized portrayal of laborers, the Red Land forms monumental images embodying the symbiosis between farmers, oxen, and the land. With a visual symbolic system composed of red, yellow, black and white, combined with rough carving strokes and a full composition, the work integrates the natural characteristics of the red soil in eastern Yunnan, the farming scenes of ethnic minorities and their spiritual beliefs, breaking through the stereotypical limitations of regional-themed art and realizing the cultural transformation from natural landscape to the national spiritual home. Through de-ethnic-labeled characterization and the expression of universal cultural imagery, the work constructs a strong sense of the Chinese national community, providing a valuable paradigm with practical and contemporary significance for contemporary ethnic-themed art creation in integrating professional skills with artistic innovation, and regional characteristics with national identity.
