新时代高质量教师教育体系建设的价值取向与重任担当

Value Orientation and Responsibility of Building a High Quality Teacher Education System in the New Era

摘要: 兴国必先强教,强教必先强师。高质量教师教育体系是培养高素质专业化师资队伍的根本保证,是推动教育现代化的根本动力,是实现中国式现代化的重要支撑。教师教育体系是由教师教育价值体系、治理体系、人才培养体系和学科体系构成的有机系统。公共性、人本性、创新性是建设高质量教师教育体系的基本价值取向。建设高质量教师教育体系应以构建布局合理、多元协同的教师教育治理机构体系为抓手,以建立科学完备的教师教育治理制度体系为保障,推动实现教师教育治理体系现代化;以创建卓越型、一体化教师教育人才培养体系为核心,提高教师教育人才培养质量;以发展成熟独立的教师教育学科体系为前提,夯实教师教育学科基础。

Abstract: A prosperous country calls for full education with capable teachers. The high-quality teacher education system is the fundamental guarantee for cultivating high-quality professional teachers, the fundamental driving force for promoting educational modernization, and the important support for realizing Chinese path to modernization.The teacher education system is an organic system composed of teacher education value system, governance system, talent cultivation system, and subject system.Publicity, people-oriented, and innovation are the fundamental values for building a high-quality teacher education system.The construction of a high-quality teacher education system should focus on building a reasonably arranged and diverse collaborative system of teacher education governance institutions, ensuring the establishment of a scientific and complete system of teacher education governance, and promoting the modernization of the teacher education governance system,taking the creation of an excellent and integrated teacher education talent cultivation system as the core, and improving the quality of teacher education talent cultivation with the premise of developing a mature and independent teacher education discipline system, and consolidating the foundation of teacher education discipline.
