摘要/Abstract

摘要： 党和政府高度重视我国儿童权益保障的法律体系建设,困境儿童收养制度作为儿童权益法律体系的重要组成部分,在维护儿童合法权益方面发挥着不可或缺的重要作用,而当前中国关于儿童收养制度方面存在诸多不足。从儿童权利保障视角入手,讨论中国儿童收养制度在权利保障中存在的不足之处,并对其调适思路、完善方向等问题进行思考与分析,以改善困境儿童生存环境、减少收养关系纠纷,为困境儿童的健康成长提供一个更加优良的社会制度环境。

Abstract: The Party and the government attach great importance to the construction of the legal system for the protection of children's rights and interests in our country. The adoption system for children in difficulty is an important part of the legal system for the protection of children's rights. The system plays an indispensable and important role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of children. There are many shortcomings in the current system of child adoption in China, however.This paper, from the perspective of children's rights protection, discusses the shortcomings in the protection of children's rights and interests in China's child adoption system, analyzes its adaptation ideas, perfects direction and other issues to improve the living environment of children in distress and reduce disputes over adoption relationships and provide a better social system environment for the healthy growth of children in distress.
