摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在中国高校推动形成“党委领导、校长负责、教授治学、民主管理”的内部治理格局中,民主管理是其重要组成部分。“大学之治”视角下,民主管理是高校内部治理的应然选择;我国高校民主管理现状与现代大学制度的要求仍有差距,需要正确处理好民主管理与党委领导、校长负责、教授治学和民主监督之间的关系。

关键词: 大学治理, 民主管理, 理论逻辑, 实践指向

Abstract: In promoting the formation of the internal governance pattern of "leadership by the Party committee, responsibility by the president, governance by professors and democratic management" in Chinese universities, democratic management is an important part ofit.From the perspective of "university governance", democratic management is the natural choice for the internal governance of universities; there is still a gap between the current situation of democratic management in Chinese universities and the requirements of modern university system, and the relationship between democratic management and the leadership of the party committee, the responsibility of the president, the rule of professors and democratic supervision needs to be properly handled.
