摘要/Abstract

摘要： 共同富裕是集体所有的制度目标,党领导的集体经济是从集体所有的“中国之制”到共同富裕的“中国之治”的现实载体。集体经济助力共同富裕的基本路径是做大一次分配、做好二次分配、做优三次分配,改善分配格局。发挥集体经济在农民农村共同富裕中的作用,要坚持党对集体经济的全方位领导、全过程领导,建立集体经济改善社区分配格局机制、集体内外分配协同机制。

关键词: 集体经济, 共同富裕, 分配格局

Abstract: The institutional aim of collective ownership is to realize common prosperity. The collective economy based on the leadership of the Communist Party of China which is the practical platform from Chinese characteristics of system to Chinese characteristics of governance. The basic path is to make the first distribution bigger, make the second distribution better, and make the third distribution excellent. The paper proposes that we should insist on the leadership of the Communist Party of China to play the role of collective economy in common prosperity. The mechanism to perfect community distribution pattern for collective economy and to connect distribution resources between external and internal of collective has been found.
