Abstract: With the continuous development of tourism, industrial tourism has attracted widespread attention around the world, and has developed rapidly, gradually becoming a very dynamic "growth point" in the tourism industry. Modern industrial tourism has gradually diversified, and a variety of tourism experience content has been extended to the scenic spots around its production sites, advanced production lines and new techniques, innovative achievements and corporate culture. Tourism industry and other industries are related and penetrate each other. Combined with the background of current industry integration, Qujing City in Yunnan has been taken as the object of research, and the dynamic transformation of industry integration tourism as proposed by analyzing the development potential of "industry + tourism" so that the suggestions were put forward: adjusting the new economic model, grasping the development resources of industrial tourism in Qujing City, actively promoting the integration of local industries, and providing constructive opinions. The potential development model of industrial tourism in this region was established as well.
