Abstract: Economic behavior not only contains the behavior value selection logic of people's basic ethics, but also reflects the influence of rich ethical values. Ethics is the most important cultural dimension of a society and the most important perspective for observing and analyzing a social system. The rural social economy in contemporary China has undergone unprecedented changes, which has profoundly changed the traditional economic ethics system characterized by "earthbound" in traditional rural society. The vicissitude of rural economic ethics system has deeply affected and changed China's rural socio-economic ethics concept and ethics system, and has a far-reaching impact on the National Rural Revitalization and governance. Based on the basic fact of the change of rural economic ethics in contemporary China, the effective path of national rural governance under the Rural Revitalization Strategy from the dimension of community reconstruction has been explored.
