Abstract: The excellent traditional Chinese culture contains rich emergency culture, and the early Confucian classic Shangshu is a representative of this feature. Both Marxism and Chinese Confucian culture attach importance to the subject role of human being, who is also the subject in emergency culture and the leader in dealing with various emergencies. From the perspective of Marxism, the following features can be found: the outstanding politicians in Shangshu have high emergency literacy, the people's dominant position in the face of natural disasters is affirmed, and whether they can play a good role in the face of all kinds of sudden events. There is a strong consistency between the role of emergency subject in Shangshu and the affirmation of human value by Marxism.
