摘要: 学前教育是整个国民教育的基础,有效构建学前教育质量评价体系对于推动整个学前教育的发展具有重要作用。“乡村振兴战略”的提出为学前教育的发展提供了一个新的契机,而学前教育质量监测体系的构建是实现“乡村振兴”关键的一步。然而,我国学前教育起步相对较晚,其质量评价体系还有待进一步提升,为了促进学前教育质量的稳定发展,分析国内外学前教育质量评价体系的发展特点,并在此基础上尝试从“结构性质量、过程性质量、结果性质量”三个方面构建适合我国学前教育质量的评价体系及改善建议。未来的研究应加强对学前教育质量的评价,为政府部门提供数据参考,及为广大学前教育工作者提供教育实践方向。

Abstract: Preschool education is the basic part of the foundation of national education for which is vital to constructing the quality evaluation system for preschool education. The preschool education quality evaluation system is important to achieve rural revitalization which provided an opportunity for the development of preschool education and the development of preschool education quality evaluation system is a key step for the rural revitalization. The study attempted to investigate preschool education quality evaluation system from three aspects——structural quality, process quality, and result quality——under the background of rural revitalization. Continuous development suggestions are put forward to provid data reference and educational direction for government departments and preschool educators.
