副中心城市建设背景下曲靖市商贸产业与市场体系发展研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 建设成为名副其实的云南副中心城市是云南省进入“十四五”时期开局之年为实现2035年奋斗目标为曲靖市提出的新发展目标和新定位。副中心城市建设对培育区域经济增长极具有积极价值,但同时对城市发展具有内在要求。从商业和市场层面看,曲靖建设云南副中心城市已经具备了较为坚实的基础条件,但仍存在一定差距。要发展成为名副其实的云南副中心城市,曲靖必须在商贸产业和市场体系建设方面提升发展质量,通过推进现代物流基地建设、构建区域性商贸服务体系、推进外向型经济发展、健全与完善现代市场体系等方面实现跨越式发展。

Abstract: A new positioning for Qujing in the opening year of the "14th five-year plan" period is to build Qujing into a sub-central city and achieve the goal of 2035.The construction of sub-central city has positive value for cultivating regional economic growth pole, but it also has internal requirements for urban development.From the commercial and market levels, Qujing has a relatively solid foundation for building a sub-central city in Yunnan, but there is still a certain gap.Qujing has to improve the development quality in the construction of commerce and trade industry and market system, and realize leapfrog development by promoting the construction of modern logistics base, constructing regional commerce and trade service system, promoting the development of export-oriented economy, and perfecting and perfecting the modern market system to develop into a veritable sub central city of Yunnan.
