Abstract: As the leading core of the Party in rural areas, rural grass-root Party organizations play an important role as a fighting fortress in various work in rural areas. In the new era, the current situation of the construction of some rural grassroots organizations in Qujing are studied to analyze the problems and reasons behind them and put forward corresponding improvement measures, which is conducive to better promoting the construction of grassroots party organizations in Huize county, ensuring the rural reform and development along the right direction, promoting the development of local rural economy and society, and being of pivotal significance to fully adhere to the Party's leadership in rural work.
