曲靖建设高水平开放型经济的实施路径研究

Research on Implementation Path of Building Higher-Level Open Economy in Qujing

摘要: 党的十九届四中全会中明确提出,在未来的经济建设过程中要以建设更高水平开放型经济新体制为目标,确保未来的对外开放可以朝着更加宽广的范围,更加深层次的方向发展和进步,继而以更加好的姿态参与到全球经济竞争中去。曲靖要正确看待建设高水平开放型经济模式的价值,找到建设更高水平开放型经济的实施路径。文章首先对于区域经济发展与开放型经济之间的关系进行概述,探讨了更高水平开放型经济建设的大背景,接着以SWOT模型对于曲靖建设高水平开放型经济进行剖析,并在此基础上探讨了曲靖建设高水平开放型经济的实现路径。

Abstract: The goal for the future economic construction stated at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party is to build a higher level of open economic system to ensure that the future opening to the outside world can move towards a wider scope as well as a deeper level of direction development and progress. It helps to participate in the global economic competition with a better attitude. Qujing always emphasizes the development of foreign trade and the value of regional construction of a high-level open economic model should be properly treated on the basis of its own actual situation so that Qujing can work out an implementation path for building a higher-level implementation path of open economy. Starting from this perspective, the relationship between regional economic development and open economy and the background of higher-level open economy construction are discussed. The realization path of building a higher level of open economy in Qujing based on the SWOT analysis of dissection to the higher-level open economy in Qujing has been discussed as well.
