摘要： 选取Q高校青春健康项目与高校艾滋病防治创新项目为个案,基于社会工作视阈下的赋权理论视角,针对高校青春健康教育在个人层面、学校层面以及社区层面存在的能力缺陷探讨高校青春健康教育三重实践路径,并形成了高校“四位一体”青春健康教育模式,促进了学校教育、学生同伴教育、专业社会工作教育、社会实践教育与青春健康教育的有机整合,最后对该校四位一体青春健康教育模式的效果以及存在的问题进行了反思。

Abstract: A “four-in-one” youth health education model was formed based on a case study of the project of youth health and innovation of HIV prevention education at Q university from the perspective of empowerment theory and social work, which targets at the ability defects at individual, school, and community level to explore a triple practice path of youth health education at universities. The “four-in-one” model promoted an organic integration of school education, student peer education, professional social work education, social practice education, and youth health education. The effect of the model and its existing problems were refelected on as well.
