研究导向型教学改革与推广应用思考——基于西交利物浦大学的分析

摘要: 随着网络技术的快速发展,学生学习途径呈现了多元化的趋势,传统教学过程的教学主体、学习内容、学习时间、学习场所等越来越模糊.当代教育正经历一场前所未有的变革.西交利物浦大学(简称“西浦”)在适应教育发展变革中做出了积极的回应,探索了研究导向型教学路子,走在了世界教育发展的前沿.但是研究导向型教学作为一种前沿的教育发展模式,在改革和推广应用过程中需要因材施教,避免过犹不及.只有这样才能真正解决好教育领域中“培养什么人,如何培养人”这一根本问题.

Abstract: With the rapid development of network technology, students' learning approaches have shown a trend of diversification. The teaching subject, learning content, learning time and learning place of the unified teaching process are becoming more and more vague. Contemporary teaching Education is undergoing an unprecedented change. The University of Liverpool has made great efforts to adapt to the development and reform of education. The extreme response has explored a research-oriented teaching approach and is at the forefront of the development of education in the world. But research as a cutting-edge educational development mode, oriented teaching needs to teach students in accordance with their aptitude in the process of reform and popularization, so as to avoid being too much. Only in this way can the fundamental problem of “who and how to train people” in the field of education be truly solved.
