大学生心理健康教育有效途径探索——积极心理学视角下的“感恩教育”

摘要: 文章阐述了感恩概念的内涵、心理机制、心理健康内涵、感恩与大学生心理健康之间的关系,并结合大学生感恩现状及特点,尝试从积极心理学的角度探讨如何通过感恩教育来提升大学心理健康水平;从感恩意识的培养、感恩体验的激发、感恩行为强化等三个层面提出了感恩教育方法。

Abstract: This paper first describes the connotation of the concept of gratitude, psychological mechanism, mental health, and the relationship between gratitude and the mental health of college students.combined with the present situation and characteristics of college students' gratitude, try to explore how to improve college mental health through gratitude education from the perspective of positive psychology,and explain the methods of gratitude education from three aspects, how to enhance gratitude awareness, stimulate gratitude experience, and strengthen gratitude behavior.
