摘要: 食品行业的规范和发展对食品人才的职业素养提出了更高的要求,充分发挥高校食品专业课的“课程思政”作用是提升大学生职业素养的关键。《食品安全学》是食品科学与工程类的核心课程,课程思政基础良好,在该课程中开展德育是培养该专业学生职业素养的重要手段之一。从团队建设、思政元素挖掘、教学设计、考核评价等方面进行了课程思政的教学改革探索并进行实践,以引领学生的职业道德规范、实现专业培养与社会职业需求的衔接。

Abstract: The standardization and development of the food industry put forward higher requirements for the professional quality of food talents. The food professional courses in universities are the main position of the university classroom. Therefore, how to better play the role of “curriculum ideological and political” of the food professional courses is the key to improve the professional quality of college students. Food safety is the core course of food specialty, which has a good ideological and political foundation. In this course, ideological and political education is one of the effective ways to improve the professional quality of students majoring in food. Based on the characteristics of the course of food safety and the professional norms of the food industry, this paper explores and practices the teaching reform of Ideological and political education from the aspects of team building, ideological and political elements mining, teaching design, assessment and evaluation, so as to lead the students' professional ethics and realize the connection between professional training and social professional needs
