Abstract: The second cooperation between the Kuomintang and the communist party during the Anti-Japanese War, the relationship has undergone more complicated changes. As the party newspaper of the Chinese Communist Party, Xinhua daily also made many adjustments in its layout and content selection along with the Party's literature and art policies. The revision of September 1942 paid particular attention to the depth of thought and political tendency of the newspapers. This change led to the transformation of both the style and content of the translation literature in Xinhua Daily. The comparative study of translated literature before and after the revision of Xinhua Daily is beneficial to the study. From the perspective of literature study, we explore the changes of Chinese Communist Party's literary and artistic policies and deepen the understanding of the Communist Party's literary and artistic policies.
