等倾干涉图样的Origin软件仿真研究

Simulation of the Pattern in Equal Inclination Interference based on Origin Software

摘要: 等倾干涉是波动光学教学中重要的知识点,学生在理解该知识点时存在一定障碍.采用严谨的理论推导得出光强分布函数,然后建立空间干涉模型.根据光强分布函数,使用Origin软件仿真得出等倾干涉的图样,并分析干涉条纹的分布特征.从模拟的干涉图样可以看出条纹的分布呈现非均匀性.亮纹的宽度随着远离图样中心位置按照指数函数的形式衰减.通过分析,学生能够清楚认识等倾干涉的本质,并系统掌握等倾干涉图样的分布特征.

Abstract: Equal inclination interference is an important knowledge point in the teaching of wave optics,there are some learning disorder for students to understand this topic. In this paper, the function of light intensity distribution was obtained by theoretical derivation, and spatial interference model was created. The pattern of equal inclination interference was simulated by Origin software based on the function of light intensity distribution. The distribution characteristics of interference fringes were also discussed. The simulated interference pattern shows that the distribution of fringes is inhomogeneous. The width of interference fringes decreases with the distance from the center in the form of an exponential function. By the analysis of this paper, the students can clearly understand the essence of equal inclination interference, and systematically grasp the distribution characteristics of interference pattern.
