He believes that teachers are pavers for the realization of the Chinese dream of great national renewal, are the guides of students' all-round development and healthy growth, and are people who bend down to practice and climb continuously. Therefore, we should strengthen the Party's leadership in the construction of teachers' team, build a high-quality team of teachers, build a good culture of respecting teachers and valuing education, and encourage teachers to strive to become good teachers in a great country worthy of the great responsibility of national rejuvenation. Xi Jinping's view on teachers provides basic guidelines for the construction of teachers' team in the new era.
