Abstract: With the advent of the mass tourism era, the tourism of traditional scenic spots has been unable to meet the needs of tourists. The tourism industry is entering a new normal era of “big industry, great integration and great development”, and the whole country are gradually launching holistic tourism. Qujing should grasp the opportunity of the establishment of Luoping County in the national tourism demonstration zone, and establish the concept of allover development, through the construction of Qujing tourism system, to achieve point-axis linkage. Based on culture and sports, Qujing should establish its own tourism brand and promote industrial integration through expanding and upgrading the scale of tourism public services as well as other measures to create Zhuyuan eco-tourism destination.
