摘要: 党的十九大报告明确提出建设交通强国战略。大数据时代的到来为车辆能耗与1排放统计监测工作带来了前所未有的机遇。在系统整理分析与车辆能耗排放相关的交通运输基础数据基础上,建立多维度交通数据库,构建车辆综合性能耗排放统计监测模型,立足宏观、中观、微观三个层面实现多层次统计与监测,为行业管理监督、辅助决策、科学研究提供支撑,推进绿色交通发展。

Abstract: Report to the 19th Party Congress clearly puts forward the strategy of building a strong traffic country. The arrival of the Big Data age has brought unprecedented opportunities for the statistical monitoring of vehicle energy consumption and emission. Based on the analysis of the basic data of traffic and transportation related to vehicle energy emission, the establishment of multidimensional traffic database, the construction of comprehensive vehicle energy emission statistical monitoring model, and the multi-level statistics monitoring, including the macro, the meso, and the micro, support the industry management supervision, decision-making, scientific research, and promote the development of green transportation.
