摘要: 针对大学生创新创业背景下半导体物理课程教学与实际应用脱节的问题,分析当前课程教学现状,结合教学实践,改革传统教学方式,探讨研究性学习教学模式应用于半导体物理教学实践的途径和方法,引导学生主动探索,培养学生创新意识和创新能力,以适应创新型人才培养需求.

Abstract: With regard to the disconnection between physics teaching and practical application of semiconductor at current background of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship, a reform of the traditional teaching model is put forward based on analysis of the teaching situation. Moreover, ways and methods are explored on semiconductor physics teaching based on inquiry learning to motivate students’ exploration, to cultivate students’ innovative consciousness and ability so as to meet the demand of innovative talents.
