ICP-AES测定纯银中23种微量杂质元素

Determination of Twenty-Three Trace Impurity Elements in Pure Silver By Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES)

摘要: 采用ICP-AES对纯银中23种杂质元素进行连续测定,以评价纯银的质量.分析讨论了谱线的选择、盐效应和酸效应等因素的影响,并对所建立的方法进行方法学验证.利用所建立的分析方法,采用工作曲线对试剂空白溶液进行了11次测定,结果显示23种杂质元素线性关系良好(r≥0.9994),检测限为0.0005~0.0108 mg.L-1,加标回收率在96.8%~104.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD n=10)在4.01%~7.85%之间.该方法简便易行、准确可靠、灵敏度高,能满足纯银中23种杂质元素的连续检测.

Abstract: ICP-AES is used in this research to measure 23 kinds of impurity elements in pure silver so as to assess the quality of pure silver. The influence of the factors such as the choice of spectral line, the effect of salt and acid is discussed and verified. Result from 11 experiments of the reagent by curve work show that 23 impurity elements display a good linear relationship (r≥0.9994); the detection limit is in the range of 0.0005~ 0.0108 mg/L; the standard addition recovery rate is in the range of 96.8%~104.6%; relative standard deviations(RSD n=10) is in the range of 4.01%~7.85%. It is concluded that this method is simple, accurate, reliable and sensitive,and it can be used to detect 23 kinds of impurity elements in pure silver.
