Abstract: With the “diachronic” and “synchronic” perspective applied in the cultural anthropology research on culture, the occurrence mechanism of “Cuan Sports Culture” for the “Cuan” people in Cuan's ruling period is sorted out and analyzed by the means of literature, field surveys and other research methods. The research shows that sports culture is the production of the Imperial War, the initial construction of “rules” of culture, and the result of national faith's influence, which are superimposed to and exert influence on each other, hence in turn contribute to the modern development and evolution of Cuan culture.
