供给侧视角下的高校辅导员职业能力发展路径

摘要: “供给侧”不仅是一个经济学名词,也是一种思维方式。从学生成长需求侧考量,作为供给主体的高校辅导员职业能力内涵应从增强特定技能、优化通用技能、拓展核心技能三个方面来加以完善;在审视辅导员职业能力发展的问题中,要避免归因偏差,注重理性归因,并从科学推动和自我开发两个路径来促成需求侧与供给主体平衡与协同。

Abstract: “Supply Side” is not only an economic terminology, but also a way of thinking. Considering the demand side of students’ growth, the connotation of college counselors occupational competence, as the main supply subject, should be improved in three aspects: the enhancement of especially appointed skills, the optimization of general skills and the development of core skills. In the process of evaluating the occupational competence development of college counselors, biased attribution should be avoided while rational attribution should be emphasized. Moreover, the balance and coordination between supply and demand should be promoted by scientific and technological advancement and self development.
