摘要: 二氢苯并呋喃类化合物在自然界分布广泛,具有极高的应用价值.其中尤为重要的是,二氢苯并呋喃类化合物是关键的药物合成中间体,本身还具有抑制肿瘤血管生成的作用,因此探索关于二氢苯并呋喃类化合物的合成方法是十分必要的.通过实施本章介绍的实验方案便捷、高效地合成得到一种3-芳基二氢苯并呋喃类化合物4,期望以化合物4为先导化合物,通过实施此方案进一步合成一系列其它3-芳基-2, 3-二氢苯并呋喃类化合物,继而筛选出具有较强抗肿瘤血管生成活性的目标分子.

Abstract: Dihydrobenzofurans Analogues widely distributed in nature and have high application value. Among them, dihydrobenzofuran compounds are the key intermediates of drug synthesis, and they have the function of inhibiting tumor angiogenesis. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the synthesis method of dihydro-benzofuran compounds. The synthesis of 3-aryl-dihydro-benzo-furan(4) by the experimental scheme described in this chapter is expected to lead to the synthesis of a series of other 3-aryl- 2, 3-dihydrobenzofuran compounds, and then screening the target molecules with strong antitumor angiogenic activity.
