摘要/Abstract

摘要： 从纵向视角上看,曲靖市“十二五”期间的养老健康保障事业成绩显著,但保障基础薄弱、养老资源不足等问题也比较突出。“十三五”时期,曲靖市要抢抓机遇,主动服务和融入国家战略,整合资源,发挥“全国养老服务业综合改革试点城市”等优势,侧重从智慧引领、创新方式等七个方面推动养老健康保障事业和养老产业跨越发展。

Abstract: From the longitudinal perspective, there are great achievements for the security of pension in Qujing during the twelfth-five-year plan, however, there are also weak ground and inadequate resources for the pension. During the thirteenth-five-year plan, Qujing is offered opportunities to join the national strategy to make full use of the resources and develop the pension industry through taking the advantage of “being an experimental region for reforming the pension service” and piloting the industry with intelligence and innovation.
