Abstract: The formation of outlook of values for cross-boundary ethnic groups is influenced by the domestic and foreign cultures and the core socialist values education for youth from the cross-boundary ethnic groups is concerned with the stability and development in the frontier areas. Under the background of “one belt and one road”, the core socialist values education for youth from the cross-boundary ethnic groups plays an important part in promoting the national unity and cause development. The core socialist values education for youth from the cross-boundary ethnic groups can be carried out on the basis of the cross-boundary cultures and national identification cultures.
